A Day In the Life of a Journalism Student

Scene:  Me laying on the couch, watching hockey, my mom walking in the door.

Mom walks in through the hall.

MOM:  How’s my favorite turtle?

Me: Turn my head and give a funny look.

MOM:  RICKY!  RICKY!! He’s watching hockey!!  Look Bethany, he’s watching hockey.

Me:  *Get up and look at the turtle*

Sure enough he’s at the edge of his tank, watching the game.

Me:  He’s definitely my turtle.

My life is INSANE right now.  I wish I had time to write all of it down.  My life, is exactly where I want it to be.  It’s only getting better.

Hey all!  I am doing NaNoWriMo again!  I’m doing some word wars with my homies, Cat and Molly.

Here’s our first one!

Starting: 1679

Ending: 1932

Cat won :(  I only did 253 in 10 minutes.

Starting: 1932

Ending: 2255

I got 323 words, in 10 minutes.  Cat won again, she is a beast, I think my problem is my music, I will have to change it.

Cat is going to play WOW, Molly is eating fish sticks, and I am going to work on an assignment for school.  I will continue this later.
